Africa’s hospitality sector is setting the pace for artificial intelligence integration, surpassing regions including Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. A Profitroom-commissioned study reveals 57% of Middle East and African hotels have deployed AI-driven features—nearly double the global average of 35%.

Microsoft and other tech giants identify Africa as a future hub for AI-driven job creation, yet infrastructure gaps persist.
